Pagani Huayra - now heading for the USA in 2013 At the weekend we broke the news that Pagani were not going to be able to take the Huayra to the US for the foreseeable future, as they’d had their application for a Temporary Exemption from Advanced Air Bag Requirements denied by the DOT. Overseas embassies in London refuse to pay £77m on Congestion Charge

ALESSIA PIERDOMENICO, Newscom, RTR More than £75 million in Congestion Charge fees is owed by London’s foreign embassy staff who refuse to pay it. The staggering figure is revealed in a report which names and shames 71 countries which have each racked up debts of more than £100,000 since the scheme launched in February 2003. According to figures compiled by Transport for London (TfL) and seen by MSN Cars, the total amount outstanding from them – up to 14 January 2014 – is a whopping £76.9 million.

But Jaguar is soon to undergo a transformation as a new, smaller range of cars and crossovers join the current lineup of F-Type, XF, XJ and XK to emulate the sales success Land Rover is enjoying, particularly with the Range Rover Evoque. That means yet more new jobs at Land Rover – 1,700 at Solihull – taking the new jobs Jaguar has created in the last few years to 11,000 and an additional  £1.5 billion product creation investment.
